Well, not quite, and by Glasgow, I mean Glasgow attempting to be Philadelphia, but hey… it has Brad Pitt!

Alas, it doesn’t sound the best film - the (extremely short) description on IMDB says:

Obviously cheaper to just fly people out than do any special effects :lol:
